Pricing Packages – pricing is another important factor. While there is no doubt that managed IT solutions are a worthy investment, costs should not be exorbitant. If you are being billed for tasks that do not seem entirely necessary, or if you find that your monthly retainer does not include basic services that you feel should be added, then costs soon begin to grow.
