The nature of technology means nothings guaranteed. In case of emergencies we will dispatch an engineer to give you the ONSITE IT SUPPORT you need to get your system back on track.
When you have a hardware problem we turn it over to our WORKSHOP SERVICE CENTRE. They will ensure that we either repair or replace the fault and get your system up and running as quickly as possible.
Our MONITORING CENTRE tools provide an early warning notification system that allows the team to respond to problems before they become critical.
