Here are some of the tasks and support provided to you free with your e-mail subscription:

  • Adding new users, provisioning licenses and configuring their devices including smartphones and tablets.
  • Installing office applications included in your subscription
  • Fixing corrupted Outlook profiles.
  • Setting up or changing mail routing.
  • Adding users to or creating distribution groups.
  • Unlocking accounts and resetting passwords.
  • Setting permissions within the structure, such as send on behalf, user mailbox access, public folder configurations, calendar views, and more.
  • Overview training on Outlook Web App and the Office Portal.

We’re also provide support for Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Skype for Business

  • Setting up your device to use OneDrive and sync your files to the cloud
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint troubleshooting and assistance
  • Troubleshooting sign-in and licensing problems
  • Resolve Skype for Business video and sound problems
  • Solving installation issues for PC/Mac compatibility

The only limitation is that each ticket or incident is limited to one hour of professional support services.
