With the introduction of Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience (NCE) platform, the terms for Microsoft 365 contracts have been adjusted:
- Subscriptions are provided on a 12 month commitment from date of activation/renewal
- Licenses can be added to subscription contracts daily and can only be removed on the 12 month contract renewal date
- Microsoft’s dollar pricing is fixed for 12 months from date of subscription activation/renewal
- Rand pricing is fixed for 6 months from date of subscription activation/renewal and will be automatically adjusted
- Solid Systems’ License 365 subscriptions so not include professional support which will be billed at an ad-hoc rate per 30 minutes of assistance
