We’re not a faceless service. We have humans who call to our customers, building up the partnership and delivering service.
A service call is an appointment to carry out a needed service on your system. The call can be done onsite or remotely. They are always carried out by one of our Certified IT Professionals.
Our service calls are either:
• Ad hoc, for example, to carry out a fix or request required by a ticket
• Recurring, for example as part of an SLA
If a service call is scheduled, in order to get the most value out of the call let us know as much as you can beforehand, so that the IT Professional can be fully prepared to address issues.
