Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Who will I be signing a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) contract with?

If you choose Solid Systems as your CSP, you will need to sign both our Terms and Conditions Agreement and  the Microsoft Cloud Agreement to use the software.  

As a business, will we still retain administrative rights?

That is entirely up to you — if you would prefer to maintain admin controls, then you can choose to do so. If you’d prefer for Solid Systems to take the lead, we can administrate the account on your behalf.  

Will I get an invoice from Solid Systems or Microsoft?

As your CSP, Solid Systems would be your point of contact, and we will send you monthly invoices directly.

Is it mandatory to sign the Microsoft Cloud Agreement?

Yes. While Solid Systems would be your CSP, you would still be making use of Microsoft Licensing, and would need to sign the Microsoft Cloud Agreement along with our Terms and Conditions Agreement.
